Our instructors are available for private yoga instruction in one-hour increments. These private lessons help the beginners ease into the group classes and helps the advanced students exceed their personal best.

Not sure you are ready to sign up for a membership? You may drop in to any of our classes at any time and pay the drop-in fee.

Monthly Once per Week  |  $42

This is our second most popular program, allowing students to come to one class per week. This program provides students with the option of choosing which class they want to attend each week, which can vary from week to week. If their schedules change, no problem...we offer classes seven days per week to accommodate them.  Plus....depending on how the calendar year falls, you might occasionally get a free week!  Download Contract

Monthly Unlimited Yoga  |  $58
This program is our most popular and most cost effective.  If you think you  will be coming to class five or more times per month, this is definitely the program for you. The monthly unlimited program allows students to come to as many classes as they want each month.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Hatha/Iyengar-
At hatha/iyengar yoga there is a focus on each individual pose, with the goal being perfect body alignment of each pose. This is attained through the use of various props, such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters.

Vinyasa-
At vinyasa yoga there is a focus on both the poses and the transitions between them. The poses follow each other as pearls on a string, in a flow.  The sequence is without pauses between the poses, which give a thorough work out and raises the temperature. The starting point is often a variation of the sun salutation, which is then developed further. There may be some light chanting and spiritual readings throughout, with a time for rest and reflection at the end.

Gentle Vinyasa- This class moves at a slower pace with attention to stretching  and learning proper alignment,while gently building strength.

Kundalini Yoga- This class utilizes postures, breathwork, and chanting in order to enliven the life force energy within and to balance one's chakras and energy field. When the chakras are open and flowing, they nourish the organs and tissues, creating an aliveness within, releasing what holds us back as we become more alive in the present moment.

Restorative Yoga - Restorative yoga is a supported, conscious body/mind relaxation practice. When supported with props, the body relaxes and opens, releasing tension and stored-up toxins that can cause illness. Restorative poses offer benefits to both the body and mind, for conditions ranging from insomnia to asthma to chronic pain to migraines to depression.

Silent Meditation- This is a time to live more fully into the present moment and to create peace within,  through mindful meditation. As we allow our thoughts to flow through our mind, not pushing anything away, we allow ourselves to momentarily touch into the oneness, creating a more peaceful existence.

Sound Therapy Meditation- This is meditation guided by Mario and Mary Lou, utilizing sound, breath, imagery, and toning. Each Sunday evening, the theme of the meditation changes. Check our announcements for the upcoming meditation for the week. This type of healing meditation can last for up to 2 hours. Come and go as you are so inspired.


We provide the bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets.  You will need to bring your yoga mat.  Stretchy or loose fitting clothing will allow your body to move freely into the yoga poses.  Avoid eating two hours before class.
