Class Schedule
Essential Yoga is now at The Move Studio. We make every effort to provide convenient class times and to have classes available seven days per week. 

If you have not been to our studio yet and are interested in joining us, you are welcome to drop-in to any of the classes.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the class begins to meet the instructor and complete the necessary paperwork.
